Perhaps I would take one day from Budapest and add it to Prague or Vienna. If you want to visit Bratislava, you can stop on your way from Vienna to Budapest. It takes one hour to get there (train recommened), and then 2 hours 45 minutes from Bratislava to Budapest (again, train).
